Question by : Assassin`s Creed + Prototype?
I`ve played both them, Prototype and Assassin`s Creed, then I thought about the lack of resources for Prototype to keep creating sequels. I’ve also Noticed that, when Desmond turn into an assassins (on 2012), smoke bombs won`t make any difference to the guards, swords will be trans passed by the fire guns, the hidden gun itself won`t be so fuc king revolutionary to now on days technology and it`ll be really hard to make stealth assassinations. Beyond everything, it isn`t possible to climb giant buildings, entirely made of plain glass (not every building in Italy are made following the archaic design), or even stealing vehicles all the time, like we`re use to do with horses.
By the other hand, Prototype is pretty cool `cause of it`s bloody scenes and it`s devastating powers, but there isn`t a good history,which sells millions of different games, one just like each other. The next sequel will be about a guy, infected by the virus who`s gonna try to kill Alex Mercer and the powers been repeated for the third times would be really boring (for the second time it`ll already lose a bit of the shine).
If they putted both frachises altogether, no one`d ask: “Where did this Hidden blade come from?”, “How didn`t anyone notice that giant sword / axe coming out from his belt?”, “How doesn`t the only hooded guy (in Italy) on a group of people get noticed?”, “How does he get cured so fast?”, “How does that guy climb completely without relief?” and “How does that guy (the same one wich can Hijack a tank) steal a car?”, it`s all genetic! As a matter of fact, Prototype`d sell it`s third game, about an infected (Alex had a simbol on his jacket (and a hood) (and the fucking1ng “I`m gonna kill you!”way of looking), but the other guy also pays the price) who escaped, get welcome by the Assassins(who now posses his DNA) and create a new kind of super assassins.
I don`t care if they sell it as “[Prototype] 3″ AND AS “Assassin`s Creed III”, I just think it`s the perfect escape rout for both the franchises.
I also think that, now that the Assassins have got the Apple, it could turn into a key that infltrated any computer, unlocked any car and evoluted all the non high profile technology in contact with it into a super machine (flying cars, motos, things like that).

Assassins Creed 3 isnt goin to be based on the present, it will be most likely about an assassin in the 18th century , another of desmonds ancestors,
and prototype is popular mostly (like 90 percent) because of its gameplay, not its story.
but in assasins creed revelations and future assasins creed games, you can still play as desmond, a bit (but most of the story would always revolve around historic characters).
heck, in revelations you can play as desmond, ezio and altair.
no one knows if james heller or alex mercer are gonna survive so you should start thinking about prototype 3 after playing through prototype 2 when it comes out =]
